What is your favorite aspect of your job?
My favorite aspect of grading lumber was always the fact that no two boards, like people, were the same. Each board coming from a similar source was unique in its own way. And my favorite aspect of my current position is timber management and supplying cut logs from
a great renewable resource.

What’s My Fondest Inspector Training School Memory?
The whole experience would classify as a fond memory but the camaraderie of such a large and diverse class with many good people and great times is some of my fondest memories.

HOW DID THE CLASS FURTHER MY CAREER?
I took the knowledge back to the small sawmill where I was employed and went right to work grading green lumber. I not only focused on the lumber but the logs that were producing the boards. The understanding of what each log will produce and the value of that product allowed me to become a log and timber buyer. During those years I also sold green lumber, oversaw the mill and became a certified logger. All of that experience got me to be the successful business owner that I am today.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT OCCUPATION?
In 2002, I started my own business Sugar Ridge Timber, Inc. We buy standing timber and cut logs supplying many sawmills and specialty markets. We also buy and sell lumber, operate a log concentration yard and a company log crew which earned me the 2004 “Indiana Logger of the Year” award. The NHLA Inspector Training School propelled me to where I am today. I’ve always used that knowledge as a stepping stone to whatever sector of the hardwood industry I had an interest.

Are you an ITS Alumni? We’d love to hear from you. Send us your story or give us an update at alumninews@nhla.com.

  1. Land of the Lost – Full lowdown Series, May 26
    – We start the summer served by a 70s Demonstrate that’s near and dear to my heart (but only through the 80’s
reruns!). This DVD set contains a show that was about a
family that went through some sort of portal that an earthquake opened in a river
and proved in a land still ruled by dinosaurs.

Television taking place during this of the Roman empire that certainly makes my
list is Gladiator. Russell Crowe stars as Maximus, a fugitive general who is on a crusade for vengeance since he attempts
to generate down an evil emperor, played by joker android apk.

On the flip side, I assume that Nicholas Cage a great overrated
actor. If anything, I think he is severely underrated as an actor.

I like him more with every of his films i
see. And, sorry guys, I like Keanu Reeves.
I know, there isn’t accounting for taste!

The scenes involving town of Rome were magnificently authentic.
I thought the gladiator games programs in Latin were a terrific
touch. “Gladiatores Violentia (Fighting Gladiators)” appeared on the facial skin of each program.

Best Adapted Screenplay – ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ picked
up its first award win of the night. Simon Beaufoy thanked
his high school drama teacher for casting him in ‘Hello, Dolly!’ (Awww).
One thumb up for his speech.

So what is the point of “I’m Still Here” after a few months?
That fame can really suck once the whole world doesn’t demand seriously?
That fame is really so isolating to where you can’t trust anybody,
even close friends? That career changes are easier said than done?
That the spirit of Andy Kaufman is alive and well?
    Seriously, documentary or mockumentary, this
film may be seen in a number of different ways, and there’s
no consensus you may come to other than Joaquin is a spoiled rotten actor who thinks of no one but very
    little.

ER: Complete 11th Season, July 14 – Has ER really
been on for more compared decade? This DVD set
is out in mid-July and for fans of the long-running TV drama,
it couldn’t come out sooner. http://freelancerspress.org/__media__/js/netsoltrademark.php?d=www.open-youth.org%2Fget-known-to-the-practice-of-online-gambling%2F
